IGN is now offering $1.2 million in cryptocurrency to anyone who can prove they own or have a financial interest in a blockchain-based financial management firm.
The offer, made to individuals who can show their ownership of a financial service company, was announced today by the Bitcoin Foundation.
The Bitcoin Foundation has created a “crypto-advisory” platform for cryptocurrency investors and provides guidance on the best investment options for those who have a cryptocurrency investment to make.
The Bitcoin Foundation offers a bounty for the first 10,000 individuals to prove they have a stake in a financial services firm with the following qualifications: “a valid bitcoin address or bitcoin wallet with a valid bitcoin wallet address or a public bitcoin address in the Bitcoin Blockchain”; “a verified investment of at least $1 million to an investment firm that provides services to cryptocurrency-based startups or cryptocurrency investors”; and “a personal identification number (PIN) number that matches your name or other identifying information.”
The Bitcoin Investment Trust has already offered a $500,000 bounty to anyone willing to prove their stake in the blockchain-focused company, which was founded in 2017.
The firm, which is headquartered in Tokyo, is a joint venture between Tokyo-based Blockchain and the Tokyo-listed financial services company JP Morgan.
